1. By Grabbing Our Checklist, You’re Saying “Deal!”

Download, view, or use the checklist and you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree, skip the download (but we’ll miss you).

 

2. Your Personal License—For Your Eyes Only

  • What’s allowed: Print it, save it, share it with your partner or roommate, and tick boxes to your heart’s content.
  • What’s not: Resell, repost publicly, scrape, or build a competing moving app with it. All content is © 2025 DomiSource, Inc. and licensed for one household’s personal, non-commercial use.

 

3. “As-Is” & “Use-at-Your-Own-Risk”

We did our best, but things change (like elevator outages on move-in day). The checklist comes as is, with no warranties—express, implied, or sprinkled with fairy dust. DomiSource isn’t liable for lost lamps, sore backs, or any costs, damages, or heartache that pop up from using it.

 

4. No Professional Advice Here

The checklist is general guidance, not legal, financial, or professional advice. Need that? Phone a pro.

 

5. Your Promises (a.k.a. User Conduct)

You’ll:

  1. Play nice—no illegal, harmful, or spammy use.
  2. Keep our IP notice intact.
  3. Download from our official site only (no shady mirrors).

 

6. Privacy—in a Nutshell

7. Governing Law & Where We’d Hash It Out

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. You agree that’s the place to sort it.

 

8. Updates to This Page

We may tweak these Terms (new features, new laws, new lawyer notes). We’ll post the revision date down below; continued use means you’re cool with the changes.

 

9. For the Kids (Sorry, You're Too Cool for This Site)

We love future movers and mini checklist masters, but our Service isn’t meant for children under 13. That’s not just our policy—it’s the law. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you're under 13, please don't use the site, sign up, or share any personal details with us. If we find out we've accidentally collected info from a kid under 13, we'll delete it faster than a moving truck in the HOV lane.

If you’re 13 to 17 years old, you’re welcome here, but you need permission from a parent or guardian before using the Service. And if you're a parent who thinks your child under 13 has used our platform, email us at info@domisource.com. so we can sort it out.
